Joe Cooper Hyundai of Midwest City is accepting applications for an additional Service Advisor. Our Service Advisors are responsible for:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
• Communicating effectively between customers, managers, and technicians
• Listening to and understanding customer problems
• Arranging appropriate service/repairs
• Setting and managing expectations for customers and technicians
• Explaining needed repairs and recommended maintenance to customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair quality and timeliness
