*This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.* 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Department of the Army G-2 and serves as a Military HR SME.
  • Executes and on occasion, leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports for military manpower planning/organization.
  • Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Provides mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Assist and manage military HR audits/analysis
  • Act as HR liaison for internal external G-2 employees.
  • May attend various types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level
  • Working knowledge of PPBE, JCIDS, Acquisition processes, etc.
  • Prepare and assess documentation associated with G-2 manpower functions
  • Interpret and develop administrative guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or DoD / Army HR experience
  • Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to Has served as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency. 

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
