Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:
- At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden
- Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests
- Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle customer inbound tickets, calls and emails as needed using excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Contribute to our knowledgebase
- Provide assistance across all departments
- Complete other customer service related projects as assigned
- Inject a good measure of fun into the team every day
- Other duties as assigned
