Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial role with preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
