Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee and expand GA (General Affairs) responsibilities as needed.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial role with preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in all areas of HR.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
