Senior Product Manager, AI

As our first dedicated Senior Product Manager for AI, you’ll lead the charge in shaping how artificial intelligence transforms the way YMCAs, JCCs, Boys & Girls Clubs, fitness centers, and boutique studios serve their members.

This is a rare opportunity to define the vision, strategy, and execution of AI capabilities that will impact millions of people. You’ll work side by side with engineering and product leaders across our portfolio, building scalable AI features that drive smarter operations, better member experiences, and stronger business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Daxko’s AI platform.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI capabilities that work across multiple products.
• Identify high-value AI use cases with product managers and turn them into customer-focused solutions.
• Define architecture principles and standards to ensure our AI solutions are reliable and future-proof.
• Measure adoption, performance, and business outcomes to maximize the impact of AI investments.
• Stay ahead of AI and ML industry trends, bringing fresh insights back to the organization.
• Champion AI across the company — from launch planning to internal evangelism.
