Job Overview
- Conduct both routine and non-routine sampling, responding to requests from other departments as needed.
- Clean and maintain laboratory apparatus according to established schedules, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Prepare process samples and perform specific analyses
- Accurately enter measured data into result sheets, PCs, and into the systems. Notify superiors or engineers of any abnormal data findings compared to historical data (ISO 9001)
- Print and submit data results to engineers, while also monitoring and reporting on work order requests (WOR) as necessary.
- Assist engineers with troubleshooting equipment issues and contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, including compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Report any unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by direct superiors or company directors.
