About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate to join our Content Platform Team. In this role, you will engage directly with industry experts and leverage advanced CRM systems and sales tools by doing so, you will help us explore emerging markets and rising companies in the technology world. Your work will be to actively enhance our innovative platform, enabling us to deliver competitive insights and solutions to our esteemed Consulting and Private Investor clients, by sourcing unique expert insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Expert Engagement: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with industry experts across various sectors to gather valuable insights and data.
• CRM and Sales Tools Utilization: Utilize internal CRM systems and advanced sales tools to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and achieve optimal results.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of a new market-leading product, providing insights and data that drive competitive advantage.
• Client Solutions: Contribute to the creation of tailored solutions and insights for our top Consulting and Investor clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client needs.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data collected from expert engagements and market research, and help continuously improve the team's capabilities and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, ensuring that our team works smarter and more efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International relations or related careers
• Strong interest in market research and sales appetite.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and solution oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Experience in using CRM systems and sales tools will be a nice to have
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork makes dreamwork
• Prior experience in market research, sales or a related field is a plus.
