We are seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to oversee our teams in the Warsaw office focused on testing the software we ship on device, particularly using Appium/native test tooling. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Quality Engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to oversee our teams in the Warsaw office focused on testing the software we ship on device, particularly using Appium/native test tooling. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director, Quality Engineering and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
About the role
- Lead and manage quality engineering teams
- Ensure effective collaboration and coordination among team members.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans using Native test tools (Android/Kotlin - Android, ObjC/Swift - iOS) for mobile application testing, ensuring high-quality software deployment
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineering Leads to develop and implement strategic QA initiatives that align with company objectives
- Continuously assess and improve QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
About You as the Quality Engineering Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.·
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience with mobile application testing using Android/Kotlin - Android, web based test tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, API testing is a huge plus.·
- 3+ years in managing distributed teams, with strong leadership and team-building skills.·
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.·
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.·
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.·
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including experience with mobile application testing.
- Experience with Android/Kotlin for Android, web-based test tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and API testing is a significant plus

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Nice to Have: Experience with Google Gemini, Google CLI, Agentspace, and Cursor
