Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to manage, grow, and engage our online communities across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand storytelling. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and analyzing social media content to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and is passionate about building meaningful digital connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Monitor daily activity, respond to messages and comments, and manage community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, stories).
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights.
  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activity.
  • Work with paid media specialists to plan and monitor ad campaigns.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance, growth, and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google AnalyticsMeta InsightsLinkedIn Analytics).
  • Ability to adapt tone and content to different platforms and audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., CanvaAdobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
