Distribusion is seeking a Vice President of Commercial who will serve as a key member of Distribusion’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s global commercial and business development strategy, continuing to build a high-performing team, and driving growth across multiple markets and verticals.
What you will do:
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, shaping and executing Distribusion’s global commercial and business development strategy.
Team Development & Management: Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing global Business Development team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Optimisation: Always developing our KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data-informed decision making and maximise commercial impact.
Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and capitalise on new market opportunities while accelerating growth in existing markets to achieve ambitious revenue and market share objectives.
Go-to-Market Execution: Design and lead comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategies to establish Distribusion as the partner of choice in the mobility sector.
Partnership Stewardship: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing commercial partners to ensure mutual growth and long-term value creation.
Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
