Designation: Executive - Operations (Partner's Payroll)
Business Unit: CCAM
Function: Operations
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of assigned entities to prepare comprehensive credit reports.
  • Perform SWOT analysis to evaluate sector positioning and strategic outlook.
  • Assign credit ratings based on internal risk assessment frameworks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of company information in internal systems.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and report quality within defined timelines.
  • Comply with project-specific SLAs and process guidelines.
  • Update MIS reports and ensure adherence to internal compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with correspondents, sales associates, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality report delivery.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including research and presentation development for business units. 

Key Requirements:

  • Graduates or postgraduates with internship experience in finance, banking, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L, and key ratios.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage.
