The Role

Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Upsell Leader, you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
  • Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.
  • Promoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.
  • Analyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials.
  • Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting.
