What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives
Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.)
Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively
Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers
Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance
Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights
Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent
Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices
