We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes of Corfu, Autograph Collection Hotels, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Corfu.
Assistant F&B Manager
The Role:
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Domes Resorts supports the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive mindset to help improve service quality, and drive profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Some of the responsibilities:
F&B Operational Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting problems in real-time.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to check on cleanliness, service preparedness, and staff efficiency.
Guest Experience and Service Excellence
- Monitor service delivery, ensuring all team members follow established service standards.
- Personally interact with guests during peak hours to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Support the team in handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and VIP service requirements.
Food Safety Regulations and Standards
- Monitor daily adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with all legal and company standards.
- Assist in implementing corrective measures for safety or hygiene concerns.
Team Management and Development
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to F&B teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in training new hires, reinforcing service techniques and hospitality standards.
- Conduct pre-service briefings with staff to ensure alignment on daily objectives and guest expectations.
- Actively participate in coaching and motivating employees to maintain high morale and performance.
Requirements
Useful to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, F&B, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hospitality environment
- Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and F&B procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
