Assembler

Assembles products partially or completely. Assembles braze rings, sorts parts, and operates hydraulic press in order to successfully assemble parts.

• Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality

• Assemble braze rings on plugs and tubes

• Inspect parts with pin gage

• Operate hydraulic press

• Clean work area

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic Computer Skills

• Ability to enter information into Vantage computer system

• Ability to use SPC

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Fine finger dexterity

• Ability to print basket tickets

• Able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift

• Read gages

• Interpret prints

• Safety minded at all times

• Basic reading and math skills

• Must be able to read and understand basic English

• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
