Roles and Responsibilities
- Document Retention/Recordkeeping tasks as needed, including process improvement to these spaces.
- Data Integrity/Maintenance within our recordkeeping system.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports by compiling data findings into meaningful documentation. Maintain the tools that we create.
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and publishing progress reports.
- Recommend Controls: Identify problems and recommend improved procedures.
- Bulk Send Needs for Preapproved Organization.
- Data Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
