About the Role: Compliance Assistant (Legal Profile)

This role places you at the heart of our regulatory operations. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, manage sensitive investigations, shape internal policies, and contribute to strategic decisions.

Your Mission:

  • Handle complaints, investigations, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain clear audit trails
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across departments
  • Conduct internal reviews and support regulatory alignment
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to management
  • Advise on process improvements and monitor regulatory trends

What You Bring:

  • More than just hard skills — you bring analytical and critical thinking, strong communication abilities, and a deep sense of ethics and confidentiality. Communication is your superpower, and your mindset is growth-oriented
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Degree in Law (or related fields with finance/economics focus)
  • Knowledge of EU AML/CTF legislation is a plus
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce is highly valued
