We are seeking an innovative and experienced Head of Social Media Marketing (SMM) to lead our social media strategy within the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a proven track record of driving engagement and growth, and the ability to develop creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As the Head of SMM, you will be responsible for overseeing all social media activities, enhancing our brand presence, and driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic social media initiatives.

What you'll do
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates for the brands.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success and regularly measure and report on these metrics.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice and messaging.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute creative and effective social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships.
- Utilise paid social media advertising to reach and engage targeted audiences.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster and manage a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and support professional development.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify our social media presence.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance to senior management.
- Staying Current with Trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the iGaming industry and beyond.
