As Customer Service Associate Poker with English language, you will be taking care of customers' enquiries via chat, email and phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met. You will work on resolving customer queries, making sure our customers enjoy an amazing entertainment experience, every day.
Reporting to Customer Services Team lead, you will be part of CS Team who are responsible for maintaining in depth knowledge about our products whist providing high level customer care to our clients.

What you will do:
• Taking care of customers' enquiries via chat, email and phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
• Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management;
• Escalates suspicious customer activities – to the CS Management and Compliance Department;
• Maintain in depth knowledge about products and Standard Operating Procedures.
