Business Intelligence Lead

Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring a Business Intelligence Lead on behalf of one of our partners, a leader in the retail Motor Vehicles field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a growing BI team.
• Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-informed strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain a robust BI architecture that scales with the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy.
• Strong expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Apache Superset), SQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A passion for transforming data into real business impact.
