Position Overview
In this role, you will work closely with our Carrier Partners to ensure policies written through our agency are valid, accurate, and approved. This position requires a strong focus on verification, collaboration with sales agents, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Job Duties
- Verify policies written to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Partner with sales agents to review policy details and confirm that applications are complete and accurate.
- Communicate directly with clients to collect, clarify, and enter correct information as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service by assisting clients through the verification and submission process.
- Submit verified applications to carriers.
- Track and follow up on the status of submissions to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all verifications and communications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in insurance, benefits verification, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working with clients, agents, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Employment Type: 20 Hours a week with 90-day probationary period
