Onboarding Specialist Job Description
- To provide assistance to agents during the onboarding process with their contracting questions.
- Add new agents to the Go High Level software so the agents onboarding status can be tracked by the onboarding staff.
- Provide assistance to the agent from IT.
- Review multiple RTS reports every day for each agent and update carrier status disposition in Rippling.
- Provide clear and understandable guidance to the agents on steps that need to be completed with the carriers via TEAMS messages.
- Monitor the NAL Teams chat and provide support and assistance to agents with onboarding questions.
- Review the Monday board for incoming contracting support tickets. Process the tickets which relate directly to onboarding.
- Access and review the RTS status reports using the Sunfire software when applicable for agent assistance.
- Monitor and review the onboarding email and respond to agents and process email requests.
- Submit Sunfire tickets to Sunfire to assist agents with Sunfire issues.
- Email IFG for issues with agents contracting that pertain to IFG.
- Be prepared to be interrupted multiple times per day during peak onboarding season, manage your time wisely.
