Position Overview

The Pre-Compliance Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing all marketing creatives and lead materials prior to carrier submission. This role ensures accuracy, regulatory alignment, and completion of compliance checklists. Specialists also support a pilot program testing AI-generated content to improve creative turnaround and approval rates. Their work is critical in reducing redlines, maintaining audit readiness, and accelerating campaign deployment.


Job Duties

Creative Pre-Screening

· Review all incoming marketing creatives for:

o Missing disclaimers

o Non-compliant formatting

o Unauthorized carrier references

o Incomplete opt-in language or TPMO tags

· Compare each creative against most recent CMS/Carrier guidance

· Redline non-compliant content with clear notation and route for internal review

AI-Driven Creative Testing (Pilot Program)

· Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to generate or refine ad copy, landing pages, SMS templates, etc.

· Compare AI-generated creatives to IFG-approved formats to test for faster turnaround and stronger compliance pass-through

· Maintain a small internal control group (e.g., 3–5 creatives per campaign) for A/B testing with IFG

Compliance Checklist Execution

· Complete LDZ’s pre-submission checklist (e.g., version control, redline record, SMID tag prep)

· Ensure all creative files submitted to IFG include:

o Audit trail naming convention

o Completed checklists

o Final redlined + clean version

Documentation & Accuracy Logs

· Maintain internal logs showing:

o Date received → redlined → resubmitted

o Type of redline (disclaimer missing, noncompliant CTA, branding mismatch)

o Approval outcome from IFG

· Report weekly status to Christina (to share upward)


Minimum Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content review, or regulatory support

· Familiarity with CMS marketing guidelines, TCPA, or other U.S. compliance frameworks (preferred but not required)

· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in language, disclaimers, and formatting

· Experience using workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Google Sheets, or similar project tracking systems)

· Ability to follow structured checklists and maintain documentation with precision
