Job description
Experian is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our ECS Technology team. This role blends operations, communications, and executive support into one exciting opportunity. Ideal for someone with a non-technical background but experience working with technical stakeholders to achieve broader outcomes. This is work from office role, based out of Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-faceted tasks with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage organization-wide executive communications.
• Organize and handle business unit events, executive visits, calendars, distribution lists, contractor onboarding, travel arrangements, and visas.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and internal teams, for efficient hiring, tracking, and onboarding of resources.
• Maintain employee records, distribution lists, and project details with strong bookkeeping skills.
• Follow documented SOPs, generate reports, and share them with a wider audience.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities like team lunches and outings, negotiate and manage expenses.
• Leverage corporate platforms for effective communication and understand best practices in the fast-moving IT and finance industry.
• Work collaboratively on ideas, enable others to work on yours, and persist through challenges.
• Enhance engagement with local and global stakeholders and other executives associated with the business unit.
• Track internal communications to keep India-wide employees informed and collaborate for higher engagement.
Qualifications:
• BA, BBA, or BS graduate, preferably in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with leadership and managing org-wide executive communications.
• Excellent time management skills, positive attitude, approachable and personable demeanor.
• Ability to create visually impressive stories, presentations from everyday communications.
• Proficient in productivity tools such as MS Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Power BI, Outlook, Canva, Beautiful.AI, Prezi, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with maturity and confidence in working with colleagues at all levels.
• Should have broader understanding of technology realm, specializing with product development.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
