Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manpower Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of blue-collar workforce management. The ideal candidate will register employees in the attendance system, extract and validate timesheets, and ensure accuracy in payroll-related data.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Register new blue-collar employees in the attendance system and maintain accurate employee records.
- Extract daily/weekly/monthly timesheets from the attendance system.
- Verify and validate timesheets, including working hours, overtime, and leave, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for any discrepancies in attendance or payroll data.
- Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment, attendance, and overtime.
- Support payroll and HR teams by providing validated data in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in workforce management.
