The Marketing Executive position involves developing and executing marketing strategies, planning and organizing events, and enhancing brand presence. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns.
- Creating promotional materials, managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, conducting market research, and acting as a key point of contact for exhibitors.
- Proactively manage the database of existing exhibitions. Build-up product knowledge of the exhibitions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events, attract attendees, and engage exhibitors.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure marketing deliverables are met on time.
- Implement the set down critical path in order to ensure successful exhibition.
- Provide co-ordination support relating to the exhibitions.
- Facilitate the administration of the marketing and sales process
- Follow & implement the DWTC Policies & Procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinates
- Implement any other duties as assigned by the Department Head
- As duties change, it will be reflected in the job description after discussions are held with the post holder in the yearly performance evaluations.
- Work as per instructions of the Marketing Manager whilst following the laid down policies and guidelines.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in an agency or in-house UAE/GCC experience preferred.
