The Technical Support Engineer will provide advanced technical assistance for automotive after-sales operations, supporting workshop teams with accurate diagnostics and troubleshooting. The role involves guiding technicians remotely and on-site, preparing detailed technical reports, coordinating with OEMs to resolve complex vehicle issues, and managing field service campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive systems, experience with diagnostic tools, and proficiency in MS Office and communication platforms.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role
- Dealership/OEM experience preferred
- Strong technical understanding of Automotive systems (passenger cars or heavy commercial vehicles)
- Ability to guide remotely as well as in person to diagnose complex automotive complaints.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and liase with OEM for resolution of complaints.
- Experience in coordinating field service campaigns.
- Knowledge on Diagnostic tools and equipment’s.
- Expertise in MS OFFICE and other business communication tools.
- Diploma/B.tech in Automobile/Mechanical/Mechatronics/ or related.
- Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage
