HR Manager

Job Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all Human Capital and Administrative functions for the company’s IT, Identity Management, and Digital Transformation operations within the assigned country or region. The role ensures compliance with local labor laws, smooth HR operations, effective workforce planning, employee relations management, and end-to-end administrative support to enable efficient business performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Human Capital Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including IT, digital transformation, project management, and identity management positions.
  • Lead manpower planning, forecasting, and organizational design to meet business growth needs.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Monitor and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, retention, productivity, headcount reports).

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution with fairness and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, employee performance, and behavioral issues.
  • Maintain a healthy and engaging work environment through HR initiatives and employee wellness programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support the development of competitive compensation packages aligned with market trends.
  • Ensure accurate payroll input, leave management, attendance tracking, and overtime processing in coordination with Finance/Admin.
  • Manage employee benefits, medical insurance, and end-of-service calculations.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain updated employee files, HR documentation, and accurate HRIS records.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and administrative processes.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Implement training programs, development plans, and skill-enhancement initiatives aligned with digital transformation goals.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Oversee general administration including office facilities, visas, travel, logistics, and procurement support.
  • Manage vendor relationships for administrative services (office equipment, travel agencies, insurance providers, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and enforce administrative policies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main HR contact for corporate leadership, regional teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Support HR requirements for government tenders, digital identity projects, service centers, and technology deployments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles.
  • Experience in IT, Digital Services, or Identity Management industries is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR workflows.
