Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us identify and build a pipeline of UGC (User-Generated Content) creators across the US and Canada. This is a sourcing-only role — perfect for someone who knows what makes content visually compelling, understands social media culture, and thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented tasks.

Note: This is a sourcing-only role for now — no outreach or influencer management involved (though that may evolve in the future).

Responsibilities

• Source and identify UGC creators on TikTok and Instagram based on specific visual and communication criteria
• Build a high-quality list of creators who meet our requirements (e.g. low to mid followings, solid engagement, potential to train)
• Track and organize leads using Google Sheets and Attio
• Collaborate with the team to fine-tune sourcing strategies and preferences
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and content styles to continuously improve lead quality

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing, creator sourcing, influencer research, or a related field

• Strong understanding of short-form content trends on TikTok and Instagram
• High attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks efficiently
• Self-starter with strong time management skills and a proactive mindset
• Bonus: Experience creating content yourself or working closely with creators
