Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user-centric interfaces and UX flows using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points and optimize the product experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Create visually compelling marketing materials, such as brochures and digital assets, to support product launches and campaigns.
- Contribute to the design vision, strategy, and overall product direction in a small, fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and user research.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with the healthcare industry or experience designing for clinical applications.
