About the Role
This is a builder's role. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll take our product to the next level and pioneer AI capabilities that solve a critical challenge: how do we give doctors back their time and restore the micro-touchpoints that make patient care actually work?
You'll own the entire product experience - patient-facing and B2B medical professional - across international markets. Start solo with full strategic authority, shipping and iterating at pace. Build your team as needed when the product and business demand it.
We're looking for someone who's shipped excellent products themselves and is ready to build something new that matters. This is about making AI frictionless in healthcare while keeping human relationships at the core - increasing doctor capacity and improving patient outcomes in one of the world's most consequential industries.
What You’ll Do
Shape strategy with the CEO - Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and the North Star metric that drives growth.
Build AI capabilities that matter - Develop intelligent features for patient monitoring and clinical decision support that increase doctor capacity.
Own the product experience end-to-end - Drive user engagement, retention, and the in-app experience across patient and medical professional interfaces.
Ship resellable care pathways - Create disease-specific care paths that work across international markets and B2B clients.
Enable high-impact engineering - Give the tech team clarity and focus to build what matters most.
Scale the function - Grow the product and design team as the company and product demands it.
Partner across the business - Work directly with the CEO, CTO, CMO, engineering, design, and external B2B partners to execute the 2026 vision.
