Position Summary

Join Forgen’s Business Development & Marketing team to support core growth initiatives while partnering with HR on communications projects. You’ll help organize our content systems, stand up future-ready CRM tracking, and contribute to internal/external communications, building real experience in AEC/construction BD/marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Asset Management: Clean, tag, and organize project imagery and collateral in Open Asset.
  • CRM Enablement: Assist with HubSpot project data transition and entry.
  • Communications Support (if skilled in Adobe CC/InDesign): Draft/edit internal and external communications.
  • Market Research: Compile targeted lists (owners, programs, funding), competitor snapshots, and recent award intel to support capture planning.
  • 1:1 exposure with the VP of Business Development, Marketing Director, and Business Development Coordinator to learn career paths, fundamentals, and entry-level workflows.
  • Tools You’ll Use: Open Asset, HubSpot, SharePoint/Teams, Excel/PowerPoint; Adobe CC (preferred, not required).

Basic Qualifications

  • Pursuing a BA/BS (Junior) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; comfortable working in spreadsheets and content systems.
  • Clear, concise writing; proactive, curious, and dependable.
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop).

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This office-based role requires frequent computer use and effective communication, with occasional travel to project sites as needed. Site visits may involve extended periods of standing or walking and required PPE, with potential exposure to heavy equipment, chemicals, dust, fumes, uneven terrain, and extreme weather.

Pay Range
