Consulting Professional

We wish to appoint a Consulting Professional to deliver high-quality advisory services to a diverse range of clients within our Consulting Service Line at our Athens office. Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms
• Prepare business requirement documents for process improvement initiatives
• Monitor and support project and program implementation to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Analyze business needs, prepare technical and functional specifications
• Conduct research and contribute to high-quality client reports and presentations
• Support projects across multiple industries and functional areas, driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements
• Handle, analyze, and interpret data accurately and responsibly

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MSc is an asset)
• 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting or a similar advisory environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within a team environment
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with relevant business tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
