We wish to appoint a Business Operations Support Assistant, in our Business Support Functions team, in Athens.

The Business Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that all project-related data and internal procedures are accurately recorded and maintained within the company’s systems.
This position supports Project Managers by handling the administrative aspects of project setup and maintenance, ensuring that each project follows the company’s internal standards and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate information from Project Managers regarding new projects and client agreements.
  • Prepare and ensure proper documentation (e.g. engagement letters) before project initiation.
  • Create and maintain project records in the ERP system, following established internal processes.
  • Process updates in project data such as budget adjustments, timelines, and invoicing details.
  • Monitor project information for completeness and consistency across systems.
  • Communicate with Project Managers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing data.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of procedures related to project administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and work with ERP systems and follow structured procedures.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
