IFRS Senior Reporting Associate

We wish to appoint a IFRS Senior Reporting Associate, in our Outsourcing Service Line, in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of interim / annual statutory reporting under IFRS and Greek GAAP
• Participate in the preparation of consolidated Financial Statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Participate in the preparation of ad hoc management and other reporting
• Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the completion of projects
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, develop innovative approaches to solving technical challenges

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in accounting with proven exposure to IFRS reporting
• Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
• Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters and implementation of accounting standards in accordance with IFRS
• Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
• ACCA certification or other relevant certification accomplished or in progress would be considered an asset
• Ability to apply critical thinking, attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and possess strong problem solving skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (excel, word)
• Strong English language skills
• Willingness for continuous learning and development
