Fraport Greece is currently looking to cover the position of Business Development Associate in the Commercial & Business Development Function. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the monitoring of all activities regarding the creation, management and sign-off of business projects while assisting the development of services and property portfolio of the Real Estate Department.

What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage and support assigned projects in cooperation with the respective Account Managers.
- Assist in real estate and commercial development strategy, identifying new business opportunities.
- Support budget preparation and management, create business plans and oversee project execution.
- Assist in preparing land use plans for future developments.
- Coordinate redesign efforts for area development, including renovations and extensions.
- Examine potential projects and prepare proposals.
- Develop and manage project pipeline, including budgets, forecasting and analyzing data/trends.
- Prepare and facilitate tender processes for assigned projects.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, partners, and internal clients.
- Responsible for the continuous optimization and improvement of reporting tools and procedures.
- Develop and maintain project management tools and procedures.
- Represent department in meetings with stakeholders such as lessees, developers, contractors etc.
- Keep abreast on market trends and developments on the Real Estate market/services while providing relevant reports and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Real Estate.
- A minimum 5 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Commercial and/or Real Estate field having at least 3 years in project management.
- Strong understanding of commercial development and projects including fundamentals of Real Estate market.
- Up-to-date knowledge of applicable local law, relevant procedures (e.g. application for building permits) and industry developments/ trends.
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek/English.
- Advanced MS-Office user.
- International experience will be consider a plus, preferable related to airports or tourism/hospitality.
