Full-time Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and personable IT Support Level 1 - Junior to serve as the first point of contact for client IT issues. This position involves providing exceptional remote technical support, efficiently managing service tickets, and escalating complex issues when necessary. We value individuals with excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to procedural accuracy within a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and return client calls during business hours (8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM Central Time)
  • Create, triage, and manage support tickets in Syncro MSP
  • Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for issues related to email, connectivity, and device performance
  • Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and outlining next steps
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 engineers
  • Document all work accurately in Hudu and follow internal processes
  • Contribute to team communication and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and desktop troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems (Syncro experience is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
  • Ability to document solutions and follow standard operating procedures
  • Reliable internet connection and self-discipline for remote work
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (GMT -6:00) Central Time
