About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Business Development Managers to help bring Fresh Health to clinics across Australia. This is a high-impact, outbound sales role focused on building new relationships and driving adoption of our unique model—a true SaaS + health services solution.
You’ll be joining our acquisition team at a pivotal time, helping to introduce Fresh’s combined aesthetic and proactive health offering to a wide range of clinics. It’s a rare chance to bring something new to market and do work that makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Outbound Growth: Build and manage your own pipeline, with a focus on small to mid-sized clinic partners.
- Drive New Business: Meet and exceed acquisition targets (starting with 10 clinics per quarter, and scaling up), ensuring long-term value for both the clinic and Fresh.
- Sell the Whole Picture: Communicate the full value of Fresh - from pricing and programs to compliance, support, and growth.
- Run a Strong Sales Process: Conduct discovery, manage objections, and close deals with clarity and care.
- Use Data to Improve: Stay accountable through HubSpot, keeping your activity visible, measurable, and consistently optimised.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clinics.
What You’ll Bring
- Sales Experience: 2–3 years in outbound sales, business development, or account executive roles, ideally in SaaS, skincare, or health-related services.
- Drive and Discipline: You’re comfortable with outreach at scale and bring structure to your sales process.
- People-Centered Sales Skills: You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and navigate conversations with empathy and confidence.
- CRM Know-How: You use tools like HubSpot to stay on top of your pipeline and keep things moving.
- Resilience: You stay focused and optimistic in a fast-moving environment where results matter.
- A Learning Mindset: You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and looking to progress into senior roles in time.
