We currently serve child/adolescent, families/parents and individuals struggling with various mental health disorders. We pride ourselves on being an accepting place for all people. Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions for individuals, families or couples
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the team as needed for referrals and consultations.
- Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients and/or families
- Diagnose client mental and emotional disorders
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
- Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance
- Create a non-judgmental space for all people
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina (LCSW (A), LMFT (A), LMCH (A), PsychD or equivalent).
- Experience in providing individual therapy (preference towards experience with children/teens)
- Preferred training in one of the following: EMDR, Brain Spotting, IFS, or Gottman (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and license requirements within the field

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

- Proven work experience as a Mental Health Therapist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills

- Confidentiality with client information
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Mental Health Therapist
