EHR Software Trainer (Contractors for Multiple Locations)

Job Overview

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn and guide others on system functionality to optimize user efficiency
  • Review workflow guides and clearly communicate process changes
  • Deliver over-the-shoulder coaching and in-person support while standing and moving throughout a facility
  • Observe and communicate feedback effectively, troubleshooting basic issues in real time
  • Submit accurate, detailed support tickets as needed
  • Maintain HIPAA certification annually
  • Represent Fusion professionally in correctional environments

Who You Are:

  • Prior mentoring, coaching, or training experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users effectively
  • Full-time availability for both remote and on-site work during the contract period
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take complex topics and explain them in simpler, easy-to-understand terms
  • Background in healthcare or related fields (preferred)
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (preferred)
  • Comfort with frequent travel and working in correctional facility environments
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check for on-site work


Additional Details:

  • This role does involve the heavy travel to client sites.
  • Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. Please include compensation expectations in your application.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate Range: $20-25
