Associate Solutions Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging, accurate product demonstrations that showcase value, workflows, and integrations.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand client needs and tailor demos accordingly.
• Support technical discovery, solution design, and RFP responses.
• Stay current on product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
• Share demo feedback with Product and Engineering to inform continuous improvement.
• Provide light troubleshooting and technical support during pre-sales and early onboarding.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, technical, or business field preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare technology, ideally with hands-on EHR or pharmacy management experience.
• Clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, or allied health) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with leading EHR vendors or pharmacy solutions.
• Strong communicator and presenter, able to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly insights.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
• Competitive mindset and resilience, with experience in performance-driven environments.
• Eager to grow your career in pre-sales and technical solution delivery within healthcare technology.
• Willingness to travel and be onsite with clients, as needed.

Additional Details:

• This is a hybrid position located in our Woodbridge NJ office location. This role will involve the potential travel to client sites.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000.
