  • Own the growth plan for Gcore’s compute hosting portfolio, from activation to retention.
  • Track and optimize key metrics - CAC, LTV, payback, and retention - to ensure healthy unit economics.
  • Define growth hypotheses and lead experiments (pricing, onboarding, referral loops, PLG motions).

  • Shape and maintain the positioning of our compute hosting offering in the market - ā€œaffordable compute for scale.ā€
  • Work closely with marketing to craft messaging for cost-sensitive developers, startups, and businesses.
  • Identify and communicate Gcore’s unique differentiators in performance, pricing, and scalability.

šŸ“ˆ Channel Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize performance across acquisition channels - paid, SEO, referral, affiliates, marketplaces, and community growth.
  • Develop frameworks for continuous testing and cost efficiency improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics to drive ROI-positive acquisition and onboarding campaigns.

šŸ¤ Sales Enablement & Expansion Support

  • Equip sales teams with data-backed insights, battle cards, and ICP guides for upselling to large-scale users.
  • Identify existing customers with high hosting potential and coordinate targeted expansion campaigns.
  • Provide analytical support and materials to help sellers engage cost-conscious enterprise buyers.

  • Partner with product and engineering to improve the PLG journey, onboarding flow, and pricing models.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for hosting customers, ensuring their needs inform roadmap and UX priorities.
  • Work closely with analytics and finance to monitor profitability and scale efficiently.
