Role Overview
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth. You’ll spearhead client acquisition efforts, lead staffing initiatives, and drive business expansion through a combination of cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to prospective clients to introduce GPS’s outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and conversions.
- Develop tailored business proposals and close new client accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted outreach campaigns.
- Oversee staffing operations from sourcing to deployment, ensuring quality alignment between clients and candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build lasting partnerships.
- Track key business metrics (conversion rate, retention, revenue per client) and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (any field; Architecture or Business background a plus).
- 3–5 years in business development, telesales, or staffing.
- Proven record in cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.
