Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing fintech project. This role will play a key part in building secure, reliable, and automated cloud infrastructure while ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of production systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
  • Manage production deployments with a focus on reliability, automation, and zero-downtime operations.
  • Deploy and operate Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed clusters).
  • Leverage AWS serverless components (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) to optimize performance and costs.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for full observability and proactive incident response.
  • Ensure security best practices, including encryption, IAM management, secrets handling, and compliance with fintech-grade standards.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting application and data workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, ideally in fintech or other regulated industries.
  • Proven expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed): design, deployment, scaling, and ongoing operations.
  • Solid background in managing high-availability, production environments.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash).

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with ML-Ops frameworks (e.g., MLflow) and managing machine learning pipelines in production.
  • Hands-on experience with other cloud providers β€” Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
