HSW Business Partner - Vet Services

The HSW Business Partner – Vet Services is the strategic lead for health, safety and wellbeing across Greencross’ veterinary operations. In close collaboration with the Veterinary Senior Leadership Team (Vet SLT), the role develops, owns, and drives the Vet Services HSW strategy, embedding safety and wellbeing as a business-critical enabler of operational success, workforce wellbeing and sustainable growth. 

As a trusted advisor, the role balances strategic influence and operational leadership, coaching leaders and inspiring teams to strengthen our internal safety capability, ensuring that HSW is seen as a source of value creation. Success relies on building credibility, shaping decision-making, and leading a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
