Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about keeping people safe and making sure quality is at the heart of everything we do. Reporting to our Infrastructure & Assests Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be a key advocate for health and safety across the group. You’ll help build a culture where our people feel safe, supported, and confident that we’ve got their backs no matter what.

In this role, you’ll work closely with teams to identify and manage risks, support consistent safety practices, and help audit and improve our systems. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing things right the first time, with no regrets. Some key responsibilities, but not limited to include:

• Ensure all physical and contractor work site
  audits, are scheduled, and completed.
• Complete desktop audits to ensure
  compliance against both internal and
  regulatory processes.
• All non-compliances from audits are
  reported, monitored, tracked and with
  agreed actions in place.
• Coaching and mentoring of Infrastructure
  Operations staff to ensure actions are
  addressed in a timely manner and
  escalated through to the appropriate
  channels when necessary.
• Undertake inspections of work in action to
  monitor conformance with permit
  conditions, management of risks and
  quality of work
