What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our people are informed, engaged, and supported through change.
• Advising on best practice communication approaches that makes sure we can meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
• Contributing to the delivery of Council’s change and corporate communication frameworks—ensuring our messaging is consistent, effective, and aligned with strategic goals.
