About the Opportunity
We’re not hiring employees — we’re partnering with independent sales entrepreneurs who want to build recurring income by helping U.S. businesses reduce staffing costs by up to 60% through offshore and remote staffing solutions.
As a Sales Partner, you’ll act as our strategic growth ally — identifying U.S. clients, introducing our services, and earning recurring income for every account you help bring on board.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with U.S. businesses that can benefit from remote staffing solutions
- Present our value proposition and explain how we help companies save up to 60% in labor costs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Earn recurring income for every active client under your portfolio
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced sales professionals or business connectors (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated personality
- Background in U.S. healthcare markets (staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or related industries in healthcare is a plus)
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own time
