About the Role

As Full Stack Engineer, you will own the technical bridge between operator-facing UIs and backend services. You’ll build scalable APIs, data visualization dashboards, and field-ready interfaces for mission planning and telemetry.

Your work will ensure operators see the right information at the right time, fast, reliable, and secure.

Responsibilities

Development & Integration

• Build mission dashboards, telemetry views, and real-time operator tools.

• Develop APIs and backend services integrating ML, algorithms, and comms layers.

• Ensure cross-device responsiveness and performance under bandwidth constraints.
  

Quality & Reliability

• Implement secure and scalable software aligned with DoD and GovCloud standards.

• Conduct reviews, testing, and deployment for production-grade reliability.

Collaboration

• Partner with UX and Product to bring designs to life with seamless interactivity.

• Work closely with backend engineers and AI teams to ensure system cohesion.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 5-8 years in full-stack development for real-time or mission-critical systems.

• Technical Skills: React/TypeScript + Node.js or Python; strong knowledge of data visualization and API design.

• Mindset: Operator-first, detail-oriented, collaborative, resilient under constraints.

• Bonus: Familiarity with secure software practices and defense or aerospace standards.

Location and Commitments

• Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent

• Work Schedule: Washington DC (on-site preferred)

• Compensation: $155K-$185K + equity + benefits

• Start Date: November 2025
