About Haus
Haus is the incrementality platform leading brands trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. Using frontier causal inference-based econometric models to run experiments, we help brands measure the business impact of marketing, pricing, and promotions with scientific precision. Over $360B is spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and reallocate it to maximize growth.
With a founding team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and Amazon, we make high-quality decision science, incrementality testing, and causal marketing mix modeling accessible to businesses of all sizes—automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. Haus works with leading brands like FanDuel, Sonos, and Dr. Squatch, delivering ROI gains as high as 30x.
Haus is well-capitalized and backed by top-tier VCs, including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized by LinkedIn as a 2025 Top Startup!
What you’ll do
As a GTM Enablement Manager at Haus, you’ll join us at a pivotal moment as we scale our go-to-market engine and build the foundation for repeatable sales success. This is an opportunity to shape how our sales and measurement teams sell, learn, and win — and to own the programs that make it happen.
You’ll be the architect of our enablement strategy, building and evolving sales playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training programs that empower our GTM teams to hit and exceed targets. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where we move quickly, test and iterate, and work cross-functionally to drive results.
This is a mid-level individual contributor role for someone who’s ready to take full ownership of enablement programs and play a key role in defining the next phase of Haus’s GTM success.
Roles & responsibilities include:
Develop and own sales playbooks that drive consistency, clarity, and confidence across the GTM organization
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that ramp new hires quickly and elevate team performance
Build and facilitate impactful training sessions, certifications, and learning paths aligned to role-based competencies and revenue goals
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to launch new products and messaging initiatives, ensuring teams are ready to execute with precision
Partner with frontline managers to reinforce key skills and behaviors through coaching frameworks, tools, and ongoing reinforcement
Measure the impact of enablement programs — using data and feedback to refine, improve, and scale what works
Contribute to strategic initiatives that directly impact pipeline generation, deal velocity, expansion, and retention
Manage and optimize content across enablement platforms and tools (e.g. Gong, Mindtickle, Notion, Glean)
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales readiness, or related fields (i.e., instructional design, learning & development)
Proven success building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable sales outcomes
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire action
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, scrappy, high-growth environments
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Mindtickle, Notion, Glean)
A bias for action, deep curiosity, and a hands-on approach — you don’t just design the strategy, you help execute it
Bonus points:
Experience enabling both sales and customer success teams
Experience working at high-growth start-ups
Background working with marketing tech or other data-driven products
Exposure to or interest in AI-powered enablement tools
